The Digital Rolodex operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with opted-in customers. Our SMS program includes two categories of messages:
Appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiries, and account or service updates. These messages are sent to customers who have opted in as part of active service delivery.
New service announcements, special offers, and marketing communications. These require separate and explicit opt-in consent, are entirely optional, and are never a condition of service.
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive messages from The Digital Rolodex at the number provided. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from The Digital Rolodex. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation that your opt-out request has been processed. No further promotional SMS messages will be sent. The Digital Rolodex is not liable for any delays, failures, errors, or omissions in SMS message delivery, including but not limited to delays caused by your mobile carrier, network outages, technical failures, or your device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Digital Rolodex makes no guarantees regarding the timing or delivery of any SMS message.
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to SMS communications from The Digital Rolodex. By providing your phone number and submitting our opt-in form, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are the authorized user of the phone number provided.
